I am very pleased with my Certified Home Inspection performed by Mike Rosa. The inspection was extremely thorough, professional and lots of easy to read information. I understood the report fully, the report was very well organized. Most of all this inspector was most courteous to my questions, answered all my questions in a very pleasing manner. Renee and I would like to thank you again for the detailed home inspection. Unfortunately we would like to inform you that Renee and I are not going to purchase the home due to the leaking oil tank issue.
